Spring's officially started, and we've been busy in the kitchen whipping up some new treats we think you'll love.

First up, we've got a Rhubarb & Shiso Tart. We're using fresh rhubarb (because, well, it's the beginning of rhubarb season!), worked in a couple of different ways, and pairing it with shiso for a slightly herby, fresh kick. The colors of the poached rhubarb reminded me of the cherry blossom we can find on the Amstelkade near the Okura, so we worked the visual as a Japanese garden and the shiso just made sense to balance it out. I am sure you are going to love it.

And for those of you looking for something to eat on Easter, we are making our spiced brioche again. We know how much you guys love a good hot cross bun, and we wanted to make sure everyone could enjoy them, so we made it Vegan !
They're soft, spiced, and just the right amount of sweet.
