This tart is composed of a pecan frangipane and topped with a banana crémeux. A smooth caramel flavored with miso is then trapped in a fluffy crème pâtissiere, and topped with pecan bits.
Ingredient list: Flour, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, almond powder, cornstarch, cream, banana, pecan nut, white miso, gelatin, mascarpone.
Allergens: Gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs.
